These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), and any services, content, or products provided by us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

2. Our Role as Curator and Importer

Italian Waters is a specialized curator and importer, not a manufacturer. We source premium beverages directly from established Italian water production companies. All product specifications, origin claims, and certifications are provided by our third-party production partners. We use our expertise to select, import, and offer these premier products to our clients, but we do not manufacture the products ourselves

3. Website Use and Conduct

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please note that shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival and noting any damages with the carrier.
